Brighton Rock

I have to admit that Brighton Rock was the most difficult of all the novels we have read to date. It was lengthy and the language with foreign. I have lived in England before. And granted, the times have changed since the 30s but holy-spitfire I truely had to slow down a bit and analyze. that's really all that I wanted to express and put out there for others to see. (Just in case there were others that feel the same)
